The position we have for you is located on Avenida da Liberdade Lisbon.

What will your responsibilities be?

Respond professionally, efficiently, and in a friendly manner to communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks regarding reservations made by phone;
Maintain a positive sales approach to maximize revenue (leading by example when handling guest requests);
Create and maintain accurate reservation records, promptly processing cancellations and modifications.

What will help you succeed in this role?
- Fluency in Italian and English;
- Experience as a Front Desk Agent or Receptionist;
- Proven previous experience in group reservations and event organization.

What do we offer?
- Full-time position;
- Schedule from Monday to Friday, between 7 AM and 7 PM.
- Base Salary 1089 Meal Allowance Language Bonus
